At VEERY, each piece is made to order through our global printing partner's production network. Whenever possible, orders are produced close to their delivery destination, helping reduce shipping distances and delivery times.
Shipping depends only on your destination and your order total, and delivery times for each destination are listed below. You will always see the final shipping cost and estimated delivery window at checkout, before you complete your purchase.
Order processing and production
Because every VEERY print is made to order, each order goes through a production stage before shipping. Production time varies depending on the product, format, destination and current production capacity.
The delivery times on this page and at checkout include both production and transit time.
Shipping times
Delivery times are counted in working days from your order and include production. You’ll find them for each destination in the table below, and the estimate for your order is shown again at checkout before you pay.
Delivery dates are estimates. Islands and remote areas may take longer, and deliveries may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing where applicable, peak periods or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping is a flat rate per order. It depends only on your destination and your order total, not on the number or size of the prints, and it’s free once your order reaches the amount shown for your destination. Shipping is added to the prices in the shop and shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship
We currently ship to Spain and the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Canada. We don’t ship to other countries yet.
Orders to Switzerland are shipped without Swiss import VAT paid in advance, so the carrier may charge it on delivery, together with a handling fee.
Our production partner uses a distributed network of print facilities and aims to fulfil orders locally whenever possible. Depending on product availability, production capacity, technical requirements and logistics, an order may occasionally be produced in another country.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available, so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Customs and duties
Orders are produced locally whenever possible, but some orders may require international shipping. Customs duties or import fees may apply depending on the shipping origin, destination and shipping method.
If customs or import charges apply and have not been prepaid or collected in advance, the recipient may be required to pay them.
Delays
Delivery dates are estimates. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@veery.art and we will work with our production and delivery partners to investigate and help resolve the issue.
Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address before the order has progressed too far in production; once an order has been printed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
If a package needs to be resent because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 30 days of delivery. Please keep the packaging and include clear photos of the print and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
If your order appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate it with our production and delivery partners.
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund policy. These timeframes help us raise claims with our production partner and do not affect any statutory rights you may have.
